About Me

Hello! My name is Sophia, and I am a member of the Mustang Media program at Norwood High School. I have been in the program since my freshman year ,and my work from those years can be found in the tabs above. I have had the pleasure of producing a wide variety of content from live sports broadcasts to news stories and short films.

 

Last March, I had the pleasure of going to Seattle, Washington where I attended the Student Television Network's convention and competed in multiple competitions while I was there.I was also able to meet with several professionals in the industry. Also, every morning I arrive at the high school at 7:15 to help produce the morning news show. The show is broadcast to the student body at 7:45. I am the floor director for the program, so my role is to ensure all people on the floor are ready for production. This includes making sure mics are checked, cameras are positioned correctly, and anchors are in their proper positions.
